Jameson loves saying "bye", and I think he's starting to get the idea, since he says it more when we leave a room, and today he went to the door and started saying "bye" just as Nathan was getting his stuff ready to go to work.
I had forgotten I had taken these pictures, because I had to put down the camera in a hurry, but when I uploaded to the computer today, I had quite the treat. We had the carseat inside, and Jameson loves playing with it when it's in here.
I thought the base was stable enough, but I guess I was wrong.
He's fine. He didn't even hit his head. He actually paused, looked around, started to coo, then put his head down and bawled. I'll make sure the carseat us up against a wall from now on, though.

It's Not so Hot Anymore
We spent a good amount of time outside today. I've started watering the lawn again, so the grass is perking up, and Jameson liked it.
I was using the self-timer to take pictures of the new sweater, and Jameson wanted to help.
Jameson still likes going through my bags. Jasmine is a good baby sitter.
I was trying to get a video of Jameson playing with the duplos, but he didn't cooperate.

Almond Butter
Little kiddos aren't supposed to have peanut butter to avoid developing allergies, so I decided to get some almond butter for Jameson. I gave him some on a plate with little bits of a whole wheat bagel.
I don't know why I expected him to get the idea of "dipping" right away.
Yum, this makes my fingers taste good!
Jameson got to go to Philip's birthday party with Grandma, and Aunt Billie fed him banana.
Hey, what did you get? And why am I not the center of attention right now?
This morning Nathan took Jameson and let me sleep, but when I woke up Nathan had fallen back asleep on the couch. What mischief was Jameson getting into?
Hey Mom, the window is pretty cool!
Don't worry, I've obviously done this before, look how easily I get down!
He's a climber!

He's Like a Puppy
Well, that's what Grandma and I decided today. I gave him a sippy cup with milk, and he crawled around with it. I don't think I'll do it again, since we ended up with milk all over the floor. But he liked it!
I found this quilt in the stuff brought down from Colorado. I made it my senior year of high school. I really wish I had had it when Jameson was born, but it's wonderful to have now!
Can you see the steggy I sewed in there?
He's starting to get better at eating with a spoon. Not very good, but better.
He spent last evening with Grandma and Grandpa, and discovered music. This guitar thing is fascinating. The fact that he doesn't go right after the camera tells me he was really interested in that sound!
